The Massif de la Clape stretches seventeen kilometers long and seven kilometers wide. It features unique landscapes, blending vineyards and vast pine forests, pechs and valleys, where the garrigue majestically overlooks the Mediterranean from atop rocky plateaus. A truly historic terroir, vine cultivation began in Roman times. Julius Caesar offered plots of land in the Massif de la Clape to a few legionnaires in his troop, who then planted vines on the hillsides.

Our cuvée comes from a plot located in the Languedoc terroirs at the foot of the slopes of La Clape.
The grapes are sorted and completely destemmed. Maceration lasts 15 days under controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats.
A Languedoc Pinot Noir with fruity notes including cherry and raspberry, rich and supple on the palate. A fresh, rounded attack, fine, silky tannins, a hint of sweetness, and a long finish.
